The scope of work includes the remodel of 25 existing residential units(eligible district contributors)and addition of 33 new residential modular units on the site, along with various site improvements. All existing residential buildings will remain in their current locations. The laundry/storage building (non-contributing) will be converted to three residential units. Structures and site features that will be demolished include the infilled pool and associated storage shed and shade canopy, the shuffleboard court, and two concrete pads. The culvert and lined creek will be retained, along with many of the mature trees. Some trees will be removed for fire safety compliance. The driveway will be realigned but will retain the semi-circular arc in front of the existing residential buildings, and will be extended to complete a loop.
