The scope of work includes the remodel of 25 existing residential units(eligible district contributors)and addition of 33 new residential modular units on the site, along with various site improvements. All existing residential buildings will remain in their current locations. The laundry/storage building (non-contributing) will be converted to three residential units. Structures and site features that will be demolished include the infilled pool and associated storage shed and shade canopy, the shuffleboard court, and two concrete pads. The culvert and lined creek will be retained, along with many of the mature trees. Some trees will be removed for fire safety compliance. The driveway will be realigned but will retain the semi-circular arc in front of the existing residential buildings, and will be extended to complete a loop.

Conversion of existing 3,000 square foot 1920’s commercial retail building into two (2) industrial- style warehouse lofts. Exposed Bow-truss ceilings, original concrete floors and abundant natural light. Project to be completed in 2025.

312 W. Aliso – Cottages Among The Flowers

Restoration and addition to the existing ‘Cottages Among The Flowers’  Bungalows. Ojai Bungalows, LP will maintain the existing quaintness and charm, while bringing the cottages up to current living standards. Additional site improvements include new underground utilities, HVAC, screened porches and landscaping.
