The remodel of the original Harold Burkett office at 740 E. Main for M&M Thrift Management transformed the mid-century building while preserving its industrial character. The project included the careful restoration of the original steel windows, the design and construction of new industrial- style steel private offices, and updated smooth plaster walls. New tile flooring was installed throughout, creating a cohesive, durable, and refined modern workspace that honors the building’s historic craftsmanship.
